I'm "all in". Creating a presence online that can be used to engage with current and future customers is a huge area of business marketing that needs to be utilized, especially since the majority of social media marketing is free. This year, I have grown a FaceBook fan page for a client from 40k to almost 100k since July, via various promotions and contests. Now the task becomes retaining those fans and monetizing the channel. Various apps, plugins and continual campaigns has already helped turn this fan base into paying customers.
