Cydia is the only one I is the only one that know of. Oh and it is built on APT tech that debian linux has been using since 1998.

As I continue to follow this discussion, I am realizing that the question is not reasonable. By analogy to the auto industry, it is like asking if the evolution of the compact sedan will kill the pickup truck market.
