Is Craigslist a reliable source of potential candidates for new positions in a company?

I've used Craig's list in the past. It is as viable as any other venue, often times less expensive but fraught with copious amounts of spam.
My suggestion is to pipe it to a temporary account and then work with the valid responses from there. more
