Entrepreneurs claim to love creativity but a study suggests we secretly fear it. What do you think?

Entrepeneurship and creativity are two very different things, not always combined in a single person. Many entrepeneurs are great at taking risks, organizing resources and guiding the businesses they create, but don't (and can't) come up with the creative ideas that underlie their success.

You don't have to be creative to sell to me. You need to convince me that you understand the problem I'm trying to resolve, and have a reasonable solution. more

How do you get a company - and it's leaders - more comfortable with taking a risk here and there?

In fact this a quite easy question cause as soon as you know you're taking a risk, it also means that it's already identified. All what remains to do is calculation or evaluation of the risk. Then arguing on Yes or No will follow.
