What is the proper process for gaining agreement on moving forward in a sales cycle?
Ah, you may be correct. The old version was called the DIP. (Age is getting to me.) If it's now called the MAP, it's all good. The key is that you gain agreement with the prospect on what the next steps are. Thanks. more
