What impact does communication (or lack thereof) have on candidate experience & the employer brand?

I agree with all the replies above. And how about how they treat HR people through the same recruitment process? Dumb or what? This criticism also applies to recruitment agencies who are working on behalf of an organisation. more

What are some of the major mistakes organizations make when communicating selection/process status to candidates?

The biggest mistake is no communication. When there is initial contact, there is no follow up-not even the thanks, but no thanks email.
