Any comments on using Blogger vs. Wordpress for a blog?

I have built websites on Blogger and WordPress -- self-hosted and otherwise. WordPress is by far the better CMS.
I did notice that Blogger content was indexed slightly faster -- until the caffeine update, when both were indexed in about the same time.
For customization? Wordpress.

I think Aaron is right, LinkedIn is the most suitable social media channel for recruitment process. Although there are more Professional networks also available like Xing and Viadeo but LinkedIn in is most recommended because it has more members then any other professional social network. more
