What is a reasonable turn around time in the recruitment process, from application to placement?
for candidates who are employed - you have to take into consideration the 30 day notice. so whatever time frame you have for your procedures you should add the 30 day notice on top. safe to say 2-3 months. it also depends on which level ... more
