Didn't hear NOBODY mentioned existing legal precedents. Bankruptcy Courts, Tax Courts, Privacy Lawsuits, Secret Service Investigations, et al note that Data is owned by where it is located. The Bankruptcy Courts have ruled that client data can be sold to satisfy providers' creditors. more

Strong power-on password and remote wipe capability provided through Exchange ActiveSync.
If they pop for a mobile device management systems I'd add applications whitelisting/blacklisting and jailbreak detection more
