Could enforcing the 40 hour workweek help solve our underemployment problem?
I would argue that if an existing employee wants to work sixty hours a week, that is trained in the job and is not receiving additonal benefits(health care?), they would still be more productive for the company than hiring, training, and adding additional employees from ... more
