Why is there so much "reinventing the wheel" still going on in information technology, managed services and shared services today?
I think one other influence has not yet been mentioned, the amount of what I consider predatory and/or frivilous Intellectual Property lawsuits. A competitive offering that does not show much original/innovative implementation and design gets the litigious salivating. more
