Which government regulations have affected your business in a positive way? In a negative way? How?
The regulations for HIPAA Privacy and Security, as updated by the HITECH act (in the ARRA legislation), have proven to be fertile ground for my consultancy. The Meaningful Use and Accountable Care Organization rules have potential over the next 2-5 years. more
