What are the fundamental things that need to go into an email preference center?
I agree with Scott. Hopefully your messages are relevant to the audience. If so, you decrease the chance they will unsubscribe. Relevant content comes in a number of forms. Relevant case studies, thought leadership, news compilation to the target audience... You find the right info ... more
