Do you find more HR professionals embracing Social Media now or are they still lagging?

That is terrific news, congratulations. Again, I think it is dependant on the company/HR person and their acceptance of SM and all the benefits it can provide. I can't understand why more folks still don't use it.

How many hours do you work a day?

My work hours per day/week vary according to my projects. If I have video to record and edit (such as weddings) I can work over 12 hours in one day, especially if I don't notice time going by.
