I think this is a good move on the part of Rackspace. They've done a pretty good job of shepherding the initiative so far, but have also come under fire for their positions/thoughts around maintaining tight control. This will hopefully allay some of those concerns ... more

Should Cloud Insurance exist, or should the service providers shell out more than service credits?
