Have you seen a lost focus on diversity and inclusion programs during the recession?

I would agree with Luca. In the USA, companies that I deal with are generally working to better follow their "ethical" duty, which includes Diversity/Inclusion responsibilities. Due to the economy, these companies are focusing more than ever on Manpower Planning and as such view this ... more
