How important is it to put a photo with your social media profiles?

Required. The "egg" on Twitter conveys that you do not know how to navigate to your profile and you are a newbie. On Linkedin you have no credibility if you do not use a photo of yourself. Same goes for avatars, etc. Use your picture! more
