Do you REALLY consider Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) and this kind of protective laws as censorship?

Thank you Robert for your long answer - I agree on most of your points.
But we should consider the principle that is introduced by those laws: "Only service providers can help governement to get the gun from badguy's hand".
