Kenneth W. Siegler is Principal, IT Transformation Solutions LLC at KW Siegler and Associates, and World Wide Business Consultant specializing in Sales Strategy and Business Development. Areas of expertise include: Virtualization Architecture, IT Service Management, Infrastructure Design, Business Management, and IT Governance. Ken is a respected expert in all facets of IT Transformation with direct linkages to the effects it has on business and developing enterprise software solutions. His expertise has helped assist Fortune 1000 Global Enterprises in Environmental Sustainability, Green Data Center Practices, Business Agility and aligning IT methodologies to business goals. In addition, Ken recently led the creation of Hewlett-Packard’s World Wide Sales (Business Development) organization specializing in Green consulting. This consulting practice of over 100 plus consulting experts enabled HP to help customers design and re-engineer Data Centers to be more efficient and cost effective IT Information Centers. His start-up organization generated new revenues of over $650M with 41% gross margins over a 15 month period. Surpassing new business development goals by 250%. Ken also created from the ground up HP’s World Wide Sales, IT Transformation (Virtualization) consulting organization to assist customers and partners to transform information access by improving customer response to ever changing business processes. HP’s IT Transformation practice over a 24 month period generated over $1.2B in new business revenues with gross margins reaching 33%. Ken has held various leadership roles in Sales, Business Development, Consulting (Business Process Re-engineering), and Program Marketing within Hewlett Packard, Digital Equipment and Unisys Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with a minor in Business Management with multiple leadership accreditations from Babson University. He also has attended Stanford Graduate School of Business with specific studies in Business Strategies for Environmental Sustainability.

Bob Gaughan
is Senior Consultant in the Enterprise Regional Marketing organization at Nortel. In this role, Bob helps articulate the strategic vision for the company's Enterprise solutions and all of the associated Technologies and Products to Nortel’s customers, partners, resellers and employees. Specifically in the area of the Enterprise Vision, Convergence, Mobility, Small/Medium Business, Security, and Data Networks. Mr. Gaughan brings over thirty years experience in the data communications industry to Nortel. Previously, he managed Bay Networks'/Wellfleet’s major and competitive accounts as well as the company's advanced technology marketing organization. Mr. Gaughan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY.
